Is it BPA-free and non-toxic? +

Yes. The Tamioh Water Pad is made from 100% BPA-free, phthalate-free, non-toxic PVC. Completely safe for newborns.

Can it leak on my baby? +

No. It has a double-sealed leak-proof valve. Zero mess, zero risk.

Is it safe for newborns? +

Yes. Safe from day one. Always supervise your baby during use.

What age can I start using it? +

From birth. Perfect from newborn all the way through to toddler stage.

How long should my baby use it per session? +

Start with 2–3 minutes and increase as your baby gets stronger. Most babies reach 10+ minutes with the Water Pad.

Can I use it after the tummy time stage? +

Yes! Use it for sitting balance, crawling prep and sensory play as your baby grows.

How much water do I put in? +

Fill to the recommended line — about ⅔ full. Enough for the figures to float freely.

How long does it take to fill? +

Under 2 minutes. Ready to play almost instantly.

Do I need to change the water? How often? +

We recommend changing it every 1–2 weeks. Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar to keep the water clear longer.

Why does it smell like plastic when new? +

This is completely normal for new PVC products. Leave it in a ventilated area for 1–2 days before first use and the smell disappears completely.
